Chris Gresch was so pleased with the results from the first two workshops that he booked us again! We delivered our well-known "Confront the Grey Voices: Overcome Your Inner Critic" workshop for the third time at Barking and Dagenham College.
This group of Level 4 Counsellors was warm, engaging, and eager to make the most of the experience. They were deeply invested in the process, sharing openly and authentically, which created an inspiring and supportive environment.
As we continue delivering our workshops, we are constantly reminded that each group is unique, bringing its own perspectives and energy to the session.
