There are many seasons on the Grid but today we want to talk about 3 in particular

The Three Seasons: Uprooting, Planting, and Harvesting
There is a season for uprooting, a season for planting, and a season for harvesting. Each plays a vital role in your growth, but knowing when to move from one to the next is crucial. Many people stay in planting mode for too long, never recognising when it is time to look up and claim the fruit of their labour. Others never plant at all because they are still stuck in old roots that need to be pulled up first.

🌫 Uprooting Season (Grey Grid Work) – The Awakening
This is where the realisation happens—when you recognise that your current situation is no longer serving you. Before you can plant new seeds, you must first remove what is holding you back.
✔ Acknowledging dissatisfaction and the need for change
✔ Breaking free from limiting beliefs, toxic habits, or stagnant environments
✔ Gaining awareness of what is no longer working
✔ Making the decision to step into a new phase of growth
This is the awakening phase—where you clear space for new possibilities. Without uprooting first, planting new seeds will be ineffective because the old roots will continue to hold you back.

🌱 Planting Season (Green Grid Work) – The Work Phase
Once you have cleared the old, you are ready to build the new.
✔ Developing skills
✔ Gaining knowledge
✔ Building structures
✔ Putting in the effort required for growth
This is the work phase—where discipline, consistency, and strategy lay the foundation for success. But planting is not meant to last forever. It is not just about working hard; it is about working with purpose so that you eventually see results.

🍊 Harvesting Season (Orange Grid Work) – The Opportunity Phase
This is where you lift your head, look up, and claim what is yours.
✔ Identifying opportunities
✔ Positioning yourself for rewards
✔ Leveraging connections and visibility
✔ Taking bold action to claim what you have worked for
This is the opportunity phase—where preparation meets action, and action leads to results.
Too often, people get stuck in planting mode, believing they must "work harder" when, in reality, their fruit is already within reach. Others never reach planting mode because they are still tangled in their old roots.
The key is knowing when to transition:
➡ If you are stuck in the wrong mindset, environment, or habits—start uprooting.
➡ If you have cleared space and set new goals—get to planting.
➡ If you have done the work—lift your head, look up, and start harvesting.
If you have been putting in the work—now is the time to look up.
The fruit is waiting. 🍊
